 4 in 5 employees feel emotionally drained from work, an early sign of employee burnout. The opposite of burnout? Engagement. In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, leaders will discuss how they support their teams - and themselves! -  to create dynamics that help everyone stay engaged, grow and thrive at work.

As Head of Research & Insights for the Salesforce Platform she focuses on driving insights for: Identity & Data Services, Privacy & Security, Developer & Admin Experiences, Cloud & Infrastructure, AppExchange & AI. She also has worked on strategic initiatives such as supporting the Land & Oceans Sustainability Goals through tech innovation like trees.salesforce.com.

Tatsiana Maskalevich | Director of Data Science | Shopify

Tatsiana Maskalevich is the Director of Data Science at Shopify where she focuses on delivering impactful products to merchants across the globe. Prior to Shopify, Tatsiana spent multiple years building state of the art recommender systems, including end to end solutions for human in the loop problems at Stitch Fix. She is a proven leader with years of experience building and growing teams and an expert at solving hard business problems. She brings a background in mathematics and statistics and a deep experience building products for predicting user behavior and implementing solutions at scale.

Hemamalini Kannan | Director, Technical Program Management | Netflix

Hema Kannan (she/her/hers) started at Netflix 9+ years ago where she led the execution of various cross-functional A/B tests from concept to launch on the Netflix streaming service. Currently, Hema is a Director of Technical Program Management for the Content and Studio side of Netflix where she spearheads various strategic cross-functional initiatives that provide innovative technical solutions from the initial pitch of an idea to the moment our members hit play. 

Tracey Kirui | DEI Consultant + Facilitator | Modelexpand

Tracey Kirui is a consultant and strategist with ModelExpand, where she helps companies develop and operationalize their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging work in alignment with their business goals. Prior to ModelExpand, Tracey worked in program and organizational strategy in healthcare, working across the nation to address health disparities for Black women and building learning and development strategy for state health associations. She is a first-generation Kenyan-American and feels grateful to live in and uplift her community in Oakland, CA.
