Event Details

9:45am-10:15am PT: Networking Session
Working in a remote environment can offer many benefits: higher levels of productivity, the opportunity for work/life balance, and less time commuting. With that said, it can also present unique challenges that many haven’t experienced before, especially for women and women of color in the workplace due to the pandemic.
Join us on October 21, where panelists will discuss:
What strategies can be used to maintain visibility in a remote work environment?
How can companies ensure visibility through equitable access for all employees?
How can one build rapport with team members and leadership in a remote environment?
